What we record

• Server logs. Like most websites, our host records IP addresses, pages requested and browser details to keep the site running and secure.
• Booking clicks. Each booking link click stores the trip, the referring page, browser details and a scrambled code made from an IP address and the date. It lets us count clicks without keeping the address itself.
• Emails. If you write to us we keep your message and address so we can reply.

We have no accounts, newsletter or contact form. Our own pages set no analytics or advertising cookies.

Other companies involved

• Cloudflare delivers and protects the site, so it handles your connection.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
• Awin runs the affiliate links. Following one takes you through Awin to the operator. Awin may set a cookie so the operator can credit the booking to us.
• Travelsphere, Riviera Travel and Just You run their own sites under their own privacy policies.

Why we use it

We rely on legitimate interests: running a secure site and knowing which pages lead to bookings. Awin and the operators explain their own reasons in their policies.

What you can ask us to do

Send you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or stop using it. UK data protection law gives you those rights. Write to support@goldentriangleholidays.co.uk. The regulator is the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with our answer.
